Cleaning & Disinfection

We have recently expanded our list of chemically compatible cleaners and disinfectants for the iQ. For the full list of chemically compatible cleaners and disinfectants, please click here.

For up-to-date information on cleaning and disinfecting your iQ as it relates to COVID-19, please reference the Cleaning and Disinfection Resources on our COVID-19 homepage.

If you are looking for a probe sleeve or cover to use with your Butterfly iQ, you may use standard sheaths available from Civco, ProTek, Medline, Sheathes, and other retailers. To help inform which probe sheath is right for the Butterfly iQ, the dimensions of the Butterfly iQ can be found here. Tegaderm Film (1624W) has also been tested and is approved for use on the probe over its lifespan.

For full detailed instructions on cleaning your Butterfly iQ, please reference the User Manual.
