Managing Tags

Butterfly Enterprise customers have access to create, delete, and use tags in Butterfly Cloud. Tags can be used to track scans of similar anatomy, categorize by diagnosis, or better improve your workflow. You can use tags to categorize, search for, and organize studies.

Butterfly Enterprise comes with pre-created tags like "DVT", "Lung", or "Bursitis", to better review and track your studies. In addition, you can create and customize your own tags to meet your practice's needs.

To create a tag:

Note: only Enterprise administrators can create or delete tags.

  1. Log into Butterfly Cloud using your Butterfly credentials.
  2. Select your avatar at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Enterprise Settings.
  4. On the lefthand side of the screen, select Tags.
  5. In the text field, enter the tag you would like to create.
  6. Select Add to create the tag.

Your tag will appear in the list below.

To delete a tag:

  1. Log into Butterfly Cloud using your Butterfly credentials.
  2. Select your avatar at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Enterprise Settings.
  4. On the lefthand side of the screen, select Tags.
  5. Navigate to the tag you want to delete in the list of tags.
  6. Click the three dots to the right of your tag.
  7. Select Delete tag.
