Non-Butterfly trade-in: Human without software
- The Butterfly Trade-in Program enables the buyer to receive value toward purchasing a new iQ3 with a three year warranty, conditional upon the following terms. For non-Butterfly handheld ultrasound device trade-ins, in order to qualify for the Trade-in Program, the buyer must send back the device(s) being traded in within 90 days of receiving the return shipping label from Butterfly Network. Buyer represents (1) they are the rightful owner of the non-Butterfly handheld ultrasound device(s); (2) they are authorized to execute a trade-in; and (3) that the device being traded in is not subject to any security interest and/or lien. Breach of these representations will void the trade-in and the buyer will hold Butterfly harmless from any liability for such breach.
- Failure to return your ultrasound device(s) within the 90 days will result in the trade-in value being charged to your account. Any remaining warranties on non-Butterfly ultrasound devices included in the Trade-in Program will expire once the quote is exercised and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Prior to trading in the non-Butterfly device, the buyer must delete all personal & sensitive information from the device's memory. Butterfly disclaims any and all liability due to Buyer's failure to permanently delete such information.
- Only handheld ultrasound devices are eligible for this trade-in offer. Butterfly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any devices that do not fall into this criteria.

- The Butterfly Trade-in Program enables the buyer to receive value toward purchasing a new iQ3 with a three year warranty and Butterfly's Advanced Technology membership in a single-payment offering that lasts for the life of your probe, conditional upon the following terms. For non-Butterfly handheld ultrasound device trade-ins, in order to qualify for the Trade-in Program, the buyer must send back the device(s) being traded in within 90 days of receiving the return shipping label from Butterfly Network. Buyer represents (1) they are the rightful owner of the non-Butterfly handheld ultrasound device(s); (2) they are authorized to execute a trade-in; and (3) that the device being traded in is not subject to any security interest and/or lien.
