Changing Billing and Payment Information

You can make changes to your Butterfly Cloud membership from within our online store.

If you have purchased your Butterfly membership through the Butterfly iQ app on your Apple device, the below instructions will not adjust the renewal settings for your subscription via the Apple store. Click here to view Apple's instructions on cancelling subscriptions.

Reactivate your Membership

If your subscription has expired, follow the following steps to reactivate your subscription:

  1. On a computer, navigate to cloud.butterflynetwork.com.
  2. Log in with your Butterfly credentials.
  3. Click your avatar on the top right corner of the screen, then select Organization Settings.
  4. Click on the Membership tab.
  5. Click Reactivate.
  6. From the store, click Reactivate to purchase another year of your membership. Follow the checkout process to complete the purchase.

Edit your Payment Details

  1. On a computer, navigate to cloud.butterflynetwork.com.
  2. Log in with your Butterfly credentials.
  3. Click your avatar on the top right corner of the screen, then select Organization Settings.
  4. Click on the Membership tab.
  5. This screen indicates your current membership and your renewal date. Click Manage Membership.
  6. Under Payment Method, click Edit. Here, you can change the credit card on file.

Turn Membership Renewal On or Off

Probe owners can opt out of membership renewal. If your membership expires, you would retain access to saved studies, but would not be able to save new studies, and would lose access to software and services that are only available to subscribers, such as Pulsed Wave Doppler, the Education Portal, M-Mode, and team collaboration tools. The iQ would only operate in a live view mode.

  1. On a computer, navigate to cloud.butterflynetwork.com.
  2. Log in with your Butterfly credentials.
  3. Click your avatar on the top right corner of the screen, then select Organization Settings.
  4. Click on the Membership tab.
  5. This screen indicates your current subscription and your renewal date. Click Manage Membership.
  6. From the Membership page in the Butterfly Store, click Turn on auto-renew or Turn off auto-renew to turn it on or off.
