Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you are an enterprise user, the Butterfly Administrator at your organization can assist you with accessing your Butterfly instance

If you are not an enterprise user, you should have received an email from Butterfly Cloud containing a link to create your Butterfly Account.

I have forgotten my password.

I have not received my reset password email.

  • Please check your spam folder for the reset email. The sender name will be Butterfly Cloud and the sender email will be support@butterflynetwork.com.
  • If you continue to experience trouble receiving this reset email, contact support and provide the email address associated with your Butterfly account login as well as your probe's serial number.


Not all presets, imaging modes and features are available everywhere. Check for availability in your country.
