Identify Model of Butterfly Device

To identify the model of your probe:

1. Refer to the serial number on the back of your device. This will start with a (21) followed by two letters and eight numbers.
   
2. Once you’ve identified your serial number, use the following table to identify your model:

To identify the model of your charger:

1. The iQ, iQ+, iQ+ Bladder, and iQ3 chargers are shown in Figure 1.
2. The underside of the charging unit has product information including a Wireless Charger Model number. 
3. Additionally, you can identify the difference between iQ and iQ+ charger pad models by the design.
   • The latest Butterfly iQ/Butterfly iQ+ charger has a matte black finish and curved probe cradle. Earlier versions have a glossy finish with a curved probe cradle or are flat with the blue Butterfly logo at the center.
